PHASE 1

PREPARATION, EDUCATION, EXPLANATION & INVESTIGATIONS

The first phase starts now. People will be and are already being informed about the situation. There will be many talks, survival lessons, and psychological support to help people understand and prepare for this big change.
Rich people and big companies will pay much higher taxes. This money will be used to build spaceships and support the mission. A fair and equal selection system will be created. It will not choose the rich or powerful people, we will be selected if considering some issues: being emotionally strong, adaptable, and ready to help build a new society. It is also important to have diversity in cultures and professions.
It will be voluntary and nobody will go alone. Each selected person will be able to take a small group of people — maybe family or close friends. People with very strong and huge connections will decide if they stay or go.
